Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — every visit comes stocked with eco-friendly, pet-safe products. Fragrance-free options are available on request; let us know on the quote form if anyone in the home has sensitivities.
How long does a typical clean take?
Standard biweekly visits run 2–4 hours. Deep cleans take 3–6 hours. Move-in or move-out cleans run 4–8 hours depending on size and condition. Your quote will include a specific time estimate for your home.
Are pets OK?
Absolutely. Note any anxious pets, off-limits rooms, or specific access rules on your quote form so we can plan around them. All cleaning products are pet-safe by default.
How do I reschedule a visit?
Reschedule up to 24 hours before the visit at no charge — through your client portal once you have an account, or by calling or texting Kaitlyn directly. Same-day changes are accommodated when possible.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — most clients are not home during the visit. Share access instructions when you book (door code, hidden key, garage code, or someone meeting Kaitlyn on-site). Your quote form has a section for this.
How does payment work?
You pay after the visit, never before. Recurring clients can opt into auto-pay via card on file. We accept card, Zelle, and check; an invoice with a Pay link arrives by email after each visit.
